Lynda Davis, Associate

Lynda Davis brings 30 years of experience working with leaders, teams and organizations to implement large-scale change initiatives and strategies that optimize customer experience. Lynda works with international corporate and nonprofit clients to facilitate personal and business transformation with a strong focus on helping organizations to maximize their ability to deliver excellent customer experiences, align their value chains and create ‘conscious business’ models.

Before she founded Strategic Crossroads, Lynda led Hewlett Packard’s Customer Experience and Value Chain Consulting Teams which were responsible for transforming many of HP’s internal businesses and large fortune 100 customer operations. Over a 15-year period, she led many successful customer-focused projects and large-scale business transformations across Hewlett Packard Company.

She is skilled in customer experience design, systems thinking, strategic planning, organizational change, and leadership coaching.

Lynda holds a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Boise State University. She completed two programs in Executive Leadership from MIT and the University of Utah, as well as extensive training through MIT in systems thinking.
